Happy 2009!!!! What a crazy year 2008 was!!! It found me working my first full time job since Sarah was born, a trip to Disney (our 2nd in 1 year), my little baby starting Kindergarten and us starting to try for another baby.
What will 2009 bring? Don't know but I have only 1 resolution this year... to get pregnant!
We rang in the new year with an old friend and a new one. We spent the evening with dh's best friend from childhood and his girlfriend. They have 3 kids (from previous marriages) 2- 7yr olds and 1- 12yr old so Sarah was in heaven. The 3 kids spent most of the night playing Wii (Mario cart) while the adults reminisced about old times, ate and then eventually watched Mama Mia. Once the movie was over we kicked the kids off the Wii and had a rousing game of bowling until midnight :-)
It was a ton of fun and we hit it off immediately with dh's friends girlfriend. They may come for a visit this summer if things work out.
Well off to hit the hay!!! Happy New Year!!!
