After Sarah's parent teacher conference we headed out for our long journey to Va.
Our first night we made it to a small town in Ohio about 40 miles west of Toledo. Dh just got to tired to go any further so we found a hotel and crashed for the night... Dean had kinda a rough night and with the time change we didn't get on the road until almost 9 the next day.
We knew we wouldn't be able to make it all the ways to my mom's so we stopped at my sister's house for the night. We got in around 630pm, had pizza and let the kids burn off some energy.
The next morning after breakfast we got back on the road and made it to mom's in time to see the Redskins play and have lunch.
Dean was an excellent traveler and we figured out we hit 7 states in the course of 3 days.... crazy!
